Do you have a shop ?

Sorry we do not currently have a shop , hopefully we will have one soon 😊.

Will your jewelry make my skin itchy ?

No. All our jewelry is made from hypoallergenic material such as 316L surgical steel, nickel free brass, 925 sterling silver, glass, wood and stone. In extremely rare cases some people can be allergic to some of these materials like wood or sterling silver but this is very rare as already mentioned above.

Will your jewelry change color?

No. All of our steel jewelry is made 100% from 316L surgical steel change .

Our plated steel and titanium jewelry is plated using PVD vacuum plating and the color is very durable and won't change.(This is the same type of coating used for car and boat parts and its the best coating available for jewelry.)

How do I choose the correct size for me?

We would love to make it easy and say there is a set size (length, diameter, gauge) that you can buy for a piece of jewelry, but unfortunately it doesn't work that way. Each persons body is different and jewelry needs to be appropriately fitted for YOU and not someone else.

We do have a Measurement help page that can assist with size conversions as well as give some basic information on how body jewelry is measured. We suggest starting out by buying a few economically priced items in various lengths or diameters. When you find the one that fits then you can start investing in more jewelry.

Are all your products made in Indonesia ?

Most our products made in our workshop in Bali Indonesia and we do source most of our materials locally here in Indonesia. 

However a small part of our products and materials are sourced from abroad though we are working very hard on working exclusively with local materials and not out sourcing any products.

What materials do you use for your jewelry ?

All our steel jewelry is made from 316L surgical steel.

All our titanium jewelry is made using implant grade titanium.

All our silver jewelry is made using 925 sterling silver.

All our brass and white brass jewelry is made using Italian nickel free brass / white brass.

All our wood jewelry is made from locally sourced and sustainable sources.

Order Questions.

I received my order, but there is a problem. What do I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that something went wrong with your order. We’ll get it fixed right away! If the item arrived broken, damaged, or incorrect, even if it’s not in its sealed bag, you can get a replacement.

If you’ve already registered with us, the easiest way to report a problem is through your order history page. You’ll see a “Report Order Problem” button next to the order.

What gauge or size of jewelry do I need for my to get for my piercing?

Although it may seem convenient to purchase jewelry with a specific size (length, diameter, gauge), it is not always feasible. Each individual’s body is unique, and jewelry should be appropriately fitted to their body, not someone else’s.

To assist with size conversions and provide basic information on body jewelry measurements, we offer a Measurement Help page. We recommend starting by purchasing a few economically priced items in various lengths or diameters. Once you find the jewelry that fits you well, you can consider investing in more pieces.

I want to cancel my order. What do I do?

Any order can be canceled as long as it hasn’t been shipped. However, once an order has been shipped, we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel it. If you have already received the order, you are still welcome to return it for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) as long as the jewelry bags remain sealed.

To cancel an order, please Contact Us with your invoice number and let us know that you wish to cancel it. Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday (9 am to 5pm GMT+8) and will be happy to assist you. Alternatively, if you are a registered customer, you can cancel your order from your order history page.

Shipping Questions.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost depends on where you are located in Indonesia as well as the weight of the package. Usually shipping cost is between 20-35,000Rp. Please note that orders above 99,000Rp are shipped for free.

My package is usually delivered within XXX days. Why is it still not been delivered ?

Although we ship the next business day, packages may sometimes take longer to arrive than anticipated. Upon shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number (found in your shipment notification email or order history). Use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress. Regrettably, packages can occasionally be misplaced by the delivery courier, though this is rare. If your package is lost, please Contact Us to explore your options.

What will happen if my package is lost in transit?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Almost all packages are shipped within 24 hours of order placement (Mon thru Fri only). After an item has been shipped it should arrive at your doorstep with in 2 to 5 days

How can I see if my order has been shipped?

If you are a registered customer you can login to your account and see your entire order history. If not, you'll get an e-mail confirmation when your order ships.

Return Questions.

Do you take returns?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order!

Kindly ensure that you capture a video of the unboxing process on the day of delivery. This video can be used as proof in case any items get damaged during transit.

We offer a 14-day return policy, but please note that refunds will only be issued for returned items. Original order shipping fees are not refundable.

The responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer, unless the item(s) were damaged, incorrect, or arrived in a damaged or incorrect condition.

We will gladly send a replacement if we do not have the item in stock. If we do not have the item in stock, we will issue you a store credit or refund. Please contact us to resolve the issue.

How do I return my item(s)?

If the items are in their original condition and eligible for a return (see above), you do not need to contact us for a return authorization. Simply mail the item(s) back with the following information:

- Your first and last name

- Your email address

- invoice number

Once we receive your return, we will issue you a refund or store credit for the item(s). You will receive an email notification once we have received your return.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size or gauge. Is it possible to change my order?

Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. If you notice that you have ordered an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We can modify an order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact Us

I ordered the wrong size/gauge, can I return my jewelry?

Every baggie shipped in your order will be sealed. If you’re dissatisfied with a product and want to return it, please ensure the baggie’s seal is intact. A broken seal means no return.

Does the jewelry come sterilized?

All of our body jewelry and earrings are shipped brand new and have never been worn, but the jewelry have not been sterilized.

reCAPTCHA is used to verify that the data entered on our website (such as on a contact form) has been entered by a human and not by an automated program.
